Just by making these changes, you’ll be able to control the impact that physical and emotional stress have on your health.
6. Quit smoking.
The benefits of stopping smoking will be noticeable 20 minutes after suspending the habit and will last for the rest of your life. Your blood pressure will normalize, your circulation will improve, you’ll breathe better, you’ll feel less tired, and the chances of suffering cardiovascular diseases and cancer will drop.
