Bathe away your blues: this effective way to fight stress is the bomb!

Time: the period in which an action or an event occurs. I can summarize my whole life thinking about when something happened and how long it lasted. What I did or didn’t do, what I chose or didn’t´ choose, what I enjoyed or didn’t enjoy. At the end of the day, yes, work is important as well as other responsibilities, but what’s the point of fulfilling all our duties if we don’t take some time for ourselves to enjoy?


A while ago, I made the resolution that no matter how busy my week was, I would take one day (or at least half a day) to spoil myself and do something I really liked. At that time, I was thinking of getting rid of the bathtub I had at home. Then, I thought that taking a long bath was one of those things I loved doing, but never did, because who has the time, right?  


Well, I kept the bathtub and actually started using it. It turns out, it’s one of the most relaxing things I do after a hard day of work on the set or running errands. I’ve discovered the benefits of bath bombs. Bath bombs are little balls of colored bliss that moisturize my skin and ease my mind. They are enriched with different scents and oils that create a perfect sensory experience.


Lately, I’ve been trying Atmosphere Essential’s thermal bath bombs and I have to say they not only leave my skin cleaned and silky, but they also unwind my mind and relax my whole body. They contain essentials oils, shea butter, salts and olive oil. I particularly like the Italian lime bath bomb, the strawberry, coconut and blueberry ones.


I fill up the tub halfway with warm water, I dropped the bath bomb, wait five minutes and that’s it. Just a few simple steps that lead to joy. Oh, and let me emphasize this: you do not need a lot of time to do this. In fact, an hour is enough. Now, you guys tell me, what’s one hour when it comes to your well-being
